|In the middle of nowhere somewhere in southern|
Namibia, there's a place called Solitaire,
too small to be called anything larger than a hamlet
(pop. about a hundred). There's a restaurant that's famous for its pies and a dozen derelict autos slowly
rusting away while sinking into the desert sand. A place
that's worth a detour (albeit a small detour) to see
the ravages of time up close.

This is one of your best photos for me.
Sad and extremely well done, included the title and the Note.
I like this shot of the old car. The colours are great and the dents and missing pieces all add to the missing history of what was, at one time, a fine automobile.
If this shot was mine, I'd be tempted to play around with it in PS - perhaps desaturate the background a little to bring out the car to the forefront of the image.
Indeed another beauty from miles away also great patterns and warm colours well done MICHAEL SHALTER

It looks as if assembled with parts of different cars.
Saturation and exposure are perfect, in my opinion.
