|This is Beit She'an, a city in the North District of Israel which has played an important role historically due to its geographical location at the junction of the Jordan River Valley and Jezreel Valley. It has also played an important role in modern times, acting as the regional center for the numerous villages in the Beit She'an Valley Regional Council.|
The ancient city ruins are now protected as an Israeli national park, known as Bet She'an National Park.

Hi, David. Excellent point of view to get that corner. Clarity and composition looks very impressive of this important piece of history. I do see a lone figure of a girl which adds to the scale of the photo. Thanks for sharing my friend.
Hello David, it is hard to imagine this place bustling with life; we can only wonder at the skills of the people who built these places.
A good PoV looking down on the ruins, and a very good DoF.
The ruins look quite extensive.
How did you manage to get this view with no people?
Tfs, regards Jean.
