|Kendo is a sport that takes over the age of the samurai warrior tradition. Currently, swordsman is using in the bamboo sword instead of an iron sword. To reduce the risk, player puts armor on the head and torso. Competitors compete in one on one. It takes a point when you hit exactly the opponent's head, the torso and hand. The winner took those two points firstly. Previously, the armor was black uniform, which recently has been used as a white armor. This photo was taken at a high school kendo tournament.|

Good Morning Mikio,
The depiction of tranditional Japanies martial art is beautifully caught by you. Interesting luminosity but I've some reservations about details. But over all the image has an excellent charm of vision. Nice photograph my friend, well done. Thanks for sharing.
A superb action shot with amazing contrast to the floor, Kato-san!
Love the title and therefore a kind of bi-colored picture with nice sharpness and from a quite agreeable POV. I might have preferred to include the feet of the player in white sportswear.
In spite of indoor photography you achieved a well exposure and managed the light professionally.
